Our Story
Founded in 2020 as Wholistic Wound Care and Wellness, we began with a simple goal: to deliver compassionate, expert healing where patients feel most comfortable. What started as a solo home health operation has grown into Wholistic Health Primary and Wound Care, a trusted regional primary care provider, serving patients across Austin and San Antonio, with a dedicated brick-and-mortar clinic on the north side of San Antonio.
